I am so excited to be back in NYC! I will be fiddling and singing in the company of Ramona, a brand new musical premiering through the NYC Furnace Festival later this month. Performances are August 24th and 25th at the Center at West Park. Get your tickets here!
Stay tuned for clips from an upcoming commercial shoot!
Hi! I am an NYC based actor, singer, violinist, and wannabe Great British Bakeoff contestant. I grew up in Chicago and Iowa City, Iowa, in a multicultural and multiethnic family. I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember and playing violin since I was 8. At 14, I made my stage debut as “Hot Box Girl #3” in Guys and Dolls, a performance that was lauded by critics (my 9th grade English teacher) as both “scintillating” and “nuanced.” Years of rigorous show choir experience and hundreds of hours watching Glee firmly cemented in me a love of sparkly hats, a passion for drama, and a proud identity as a Strong Mover ™.
I attended the University of Iowa, where I earned BAs in Theatre Arts and Music and a minor in Spanish. As an undergraduate, I was lucky to be a part of workshopping and presenting many new plays through the renowned Iowa Playwright’s Workshop. I also got to perform classic roles like Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the pregnant teen in Greenday’s American Idiot.
Recent professional theatre credits include Pioneer Theatre Company’s Once in Salt Lake City (Ex-Girlfriend), meg jo beth amy & louisa at the Hollywood Fringe Festival (Meg/Anna Alcott), and an outdoor production of The Tempest in Saratoga Springs, NY (Miranda). Between acting gigs, I can be found singing and fiddling at various NYC venues and working as an academic tutor through Bespoke Education. In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking, attending comedy shows, traveling, and watching The X-Files while mindlessly scrolling through Instagram.
Proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association. Much love to Will, my family, and my dog-sister, Maisie!
